Never call their customer back, I called dozens of times regarding a problem with my portal installed by them. My gate opens from the outside when you pass in front of the sensors, anyone can enter!! Had to remind me, I've still been waiting for them for over a month! To collect the money, no problem though. Not professional at all...TO FLEE!
