Get a “second opinion” We had a problem with our hot water tank and we asked Ets Navarro to look into it. The plumber informed us that the problem was a particular component - which was no longer available now, so it would be necessary to purchase a new hot water tank, which we could have next week. After its departure, a few minutes on the Internet revealed that this component was available from numerous suppliers - including Amazon and Leroy Merlin - for a cost of around €30. We had another plumber look at the tank and he was able to fix the problem immediately by replacing another component - which cost around €60.
