Very good family business, attentive, very responsive and very professional. We are very satisfied with the installation of our high-end heat pump which was installed in 2 days by the team who came to several people: the careful and quality work was even highlighted by the diagnostician who came to check the 'facility. The heat pump is very quiet. It perfectly meets our specifications; this was a very important condition for us and out of respect for the neighborhood so as not to cause noise pollution. Furthermore, the entire electrical and sanitary installation was carried out by Mr BAUMGARTEN and his team as part of the construction of an extension to our house. Deadlines were met and the work was done carefully. Thank you to your entire team and to Mrs. BAUMGARTEN who managed and coordinated all the administrative part, always smiling, available and helpful to the customer.

I was advised by my heating engineer to modify my heat pump heating installation by adding a 3-way valve. My first call was in December 2020, I contacted the boss directly several times then the secretariat but always 7 response. We therefore strongly advise against using this company which does not even have the energy to call back its customers to inform them whether or not they will respond to the request.

Quote requested for more than 3 months, still without answers. Obvious lack of seriousness and organization which does not bode well for the quality of the construction site...
