Very expensive, for the service!! You are free to collaborate with them, however be wary of Mathieu, and above all be present during the construction site. This service provider was recommended to us to make some electrical and plumbing modifications before installing a kitchen. The original plumbing was modified, however after the visit of this service provider it had to be completely redone, so it was the kitchen fitter who finalized this plumbing.. So I called Mathieu, the person in charge of the site, asking him to come and drop off the necessary equipment so that the installer could do it fairly quickly. Which is not normal.. On the phone, Mathieu allowed himself to respond in an arrogant and disrespectful manner. “You need me and not the other way around” he tells me. He wanted me to pay for his travel expenses, knowing that it is less than 30 minutes away, the most absurd thing, it's an error on their part. Having got up during the exchange, he took the liberty of telling me “seeing the way you talk to me, I won’t come and drop off the equipment for you.” So I decided to manage and not count on him. I had to go to Leroy Merlin to buy the material and give it to the installer so that he could make the modifications. Some sockets had to be moved, this caused holes to be patched in a sloppy manner. (Photo) The movement of the socket was not straight, he refuses to move for this, telling me the installer will be able to put them back straight for you. On the day of the service, he left in the middle of the day and left one of his colleagues alone, knowing that Mathieu was our main contact and only he had to carry out the work. Once finished, no document was signed, we did not even have time to see the work with them. Our kitchen salesman who kindly recommended this service provider to us bitterly regrets it. Several reminders were made to Mathieu, from me, and from our kitchen salesman. To at least refine the work as it should. As of today, there is no news.
