I do not find this company professional and I do not recommend their services. The intervention to install an intercom in our building is carried out over two days. No appointments made for the interventions in each accommodation to remove the old intercoms but hey - even if the technician returned to the apartment in the middle of breakfast around 8:20 a.m. with the family half dressed - at least it was quick...But then the technician sits on the stairs waiting all day to carry out an intervention in each apartment - without any effort to move forward for the huge hole he has to make in the exterior wall where the intercom is going to be installed. He preferred to wait until 8:10 a.m. the next day and for 45 minutes he dug into the wall. When I asked him about his choice of schedule he told me that for him it starts at 8 a.m. so 8 a.m. is 8 a.m. Yes, you have respected the regulations - but politeness is not necessarily required under the law. I don't think that in my place you would have appreciated such a situation at home.
