According to them it was our cat who scratched them, knowing that we are talking about the outside of the windows and that we are on the top floor 😅 We also had to be called back urgently for another problem, 1 and a half years we are still waiting. We also noticed that the ventilations installed are of the first price 10€ Leroy Merlin. In short, RUN AWAY FROM THIS WORK COMPANY. We are very unhappy with the work carried out but also with the way in which once the deposit has been received, nothing changes except by insisting.
